TOPAIR Systems manufactures ductless fume hoods and POWDER STATIONS to provide protection to both laboratory personnel and the environment from toxic fumes, gases, and particulate It has a powerful fan, which pulls the air through the hood and away from the operator’s breathing area while they work within the hood. Various filter can be used depending on the chemical vapors/and or particulates that are generated (such as HEPA filters or activated carbon).

Laminar Flow Clean Benches

TopAir manufactures a wide range of Laminar flow clean benches in vertical and horizontal configurations for creating a class 10 (ISO 4) environment. Our vertical and horizontal benches are available in various sizes including a standard size and custom made. They can also be found in a range of materials.

Applications: pharmaceutical industry, food industry, R&D Laboratories, hospitals, manufacturing facilities.

The vertical/horizontal is best recommended for use in a clean area. It doesn’t provide protection for the worker. It gives ISO 4 in the work area using HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter which removes particles from the air. The HEPA filter can trap 99.99% of particles that are less than 0.3 micron in size and help to meet the cleanliness requirements.

UV - PCR CABINET

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a scientific technique in molecular biology to amplify a single or a few copies of a piece of DNA across several orders of magnitude, generating thousands to millions of copies of a particular DNA sequence. PCR is now a common and often indispensable technique used in medical and biological research labs THAT ARE working with DNA and RNA Because of the high copy number generated during PCR, it is essential to prevent possible contamination of the PCR reaction.

The PCR process Prevent cross-contamination inside the working chamber at the end of the procedure, the operator will close the front window and the UV automatically will start. When the cycle has been completed the timer will automatically start the operational-mode (fl putrescent lights). . When the set time expires, the UV light automatically switches off in preparation for the next experiment.

Pass Boxes & Desiccators

TopAir supplies two models of high quality cleanroom pass boxes.:
The product supplies in 2 versions:

  • Non-active passthrough
  • Filtrate active passthrough

    with reinforced 304-grade stainless steel floor and inner walls, and a built-in interlock system. 

    The active units include high quality HEPA filters and EBM fans.

    We offer a variety of sizes.  Dimensions can be modified to suit special needs.
